"This a the second Torch I've purchased from this location and this one as well has stopped working after only a few days.. The so called "Manager" didn't care what so ever about the issue and refused to state her name over the phone for whatever reason.. she started stating lies that were quickly proven incorrect then hung up on me after being asked for her name once more. Very improfessional and incourtious to customers who are spending hard earned money to keep their jobs open. Last time I'm spending any money there!"

"So I had bought a Vape from another Vape city on the west side a couple weeks back, after mine got stolen. Couple days ago the glass had broke, so I figured I could go by the store to get a replacement for it or possibly an exchange or maybe even a refund since I was still in the 3 week warranty. I show up ,I explain what’s going on and the two ladies upfront basically told me that it was not their problem and that they didn’t have the part for it nor could they help me out in anyway, shape or form, I proceeded to try to go to another Vape city, where they basically told me the same thing except they weren’t extremely rude about it on top of having some actual empathy for a customer that’s spent their hard earned cash here. She actually offered me a discount on a new Vape, which was apparently the best they could do. I try looking for the part online and it seemed practically impossible , so I decide my last resort is to go by the first Vape shop that I went to whenever I moved here and see if they might happen to have the part I need. They had a whole box of the part I was looking for and happily sold it to me. Clearly, vape City does not care about helping their customers. They are more interested in making money than actually being a good Vape shop from what I can tell, cashiers were extremely rude to me. Will not be returning anytime soon. Instead, I suggest go to “thanks for vaping” because I promise you the person upfront at thanks for vaping actually know how vapes function and work meanwhile vape city gave me the ick before I even made a purchase. Don’t buy from here unless you like bad customer service and being ripped off for your money."

"I’m a fan of vape city and use a lot of the other locations all over Texas. Never had a problem. Stopped by this store on the way home to use some of my accumulated points to get my son a new vape. First we waited a really long time behind a couple ladies who talked forever and then left without buying anything. When our turn finally came I told the person behind the counter I wanted to use points for a mod and get a few other things. The salesperson had very little knowledge of the inventory. Then when we went to make the purchase he told us he didn’t know how to use the points on the register. Could have told us that to start with but for whatever reason he didn’t. After that we just left. I’ll go to one of the other locations where you can actually maybe buy something."
