"I had a MRI today in the upright machine and it was so easy, I wasn't claustrophobic at all in this machine. The staff were AWESOME and Mark, the wide bore MRI Tech showed me how large the wide bore MRI machine is and that was very helpful, I think I can try it next time. They were all very informative and kept me updated on how much longer I had in the machine and made me very comfortable and padded in the machine."

"Update: 7/30/23: I finally received the refund. It took them four months. Update 7/17/23: Refund still not received (another star taken off for their lies). Now they claim they only updated my street address and not my city, state or zip code. They also stated the check was mailed but didn't record the check number. This is another game they are playing to keep my money. Update 7/6/23: I have now taken off another star as the refund has not been received. It has been since mid-March that I have requested a refund and they simply refuse to send it. They keep saying, "it has been processed." My next call is to the Texas Medical Board Update 6/26/23: Refund still not received. They claim the refund was submitted but not approved. How can it not be approved when they acknowledged I overpaid? If my overpayment is keeping them financially afloat just say so and they can make payments then just say so. _______________________________________________________________ This place is amazing and majority of the staff is the best! They were able to get me in at last minute and for that I am grateful and thankful. The tech who handled my procedure was kind, funny and put me at ease. I took off a star for two main reasons: 1. When I arrived, the older lady at the front desk was eating chips and couldn't stop eating them. She stuffed so many chips in her mouth that she was spewing chip crumbs as she talked. Also had chip dust all around her mouth. Just gross and unprofessional. 2. Same chip lady claimed I had to pay for the service even though my insurance showed I had HRA funds to cover. Went ahead and paid well over $100 as I knew I could get a refund. Sadly, I was wrong. It has been 90-days and multiple phone calls yet no refund. One person I spoke with said Memorial will never let a client know they overpaid and will keep the money until questioned. This same person notated my account with my refund request but didn't submit it. Today I spoke with a wonderful person named Roxanne. She promised the refund is now requested and I should have it within 2 weeks. We shall see."

"I’ve waited way too long to share my experience, because it gave me PTSD but I will never be back here. I was given a gown that was 3 times too small for me, so my whole back side and legs were exposed. I needed to use an upright machine due to my back and claustrophobia (first time using one) and I didn’t realize how narrow the space was and I’m a plus sized woman with large thighs/hips. I told the MRI tech that I could barely fit and he all but rolled his eyes at me and said I was going to have to deal with the pain. As soon as he started to move the chair up, my exposed skin felt like it was being ripped off my thigh because the GOWN DIDNT COVER MY SKIN THAT WAS TOUCHING THE MACHINE! I yelled that I was in serious pain and the tech said again I was going to have to deal with it or leave. He proceeded to move the chair up AGAIN, and AGAIN my skin felt like it was being ripped apart. I yelled at him to stop forcefully and he finally listened to me. I told him I need something to cover my skin and FINALLY he gave me a gown that properly fit. Once my skin was covered I easily fit into the machine and was able to get scanned PAIN FREE… he saw that I was half nude with a small gown when I first arrived, with my back side and thighs exposed. I should have been given a properly sized gown, and instead I left with basically road rash on the sides of my thighs. Also, the front desk is extremely rude, they gave me a CD that is supposed to have my images on it, but instead had corrupted files, they are incompetent. Thinking about reporting this location to the medical board."

"I think this place is great. Having an MRI done is a very uncomfortable, very nerve-racking experience so it's a tall order to make patients feel comfortable and Memorial does make it as good of an experience as possible. I can't give five stars because they hand over a CD-ROM of the images when you check out. It's 2023. Computers and laptops simply do not have CD-ROM drives. This is a gross oversight. I find it hard to believe that in the year 2023 doctors and technicians think CD-ROMs are more convenient and more secure than online delivery or even thumb drives. This is a joke. After all of the anticipation leading up to the appointment and then laying down in an MRI machine for over an hour, I'm no closer to seeing the results. Truly, truly unacceptable."

"MRI was so comfortable the technician Andrew was so warm, caring and professional. I felt very looked after. Explained each step, process, checked to see if I was comfortable. I had a fantastic experience. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff at front desk was very polite and professional. Thank you guys!"
