"I do custom sneakers and I try to specialize in detail on these shoes. I use an electric magnifying glass with a light to zoom in and get the lines as clean as possible. Well the wires on my magnet light snapped. I'm not from the area so I googled the best reviews close to me and it sent me to Smart Point. I raced over there and met a very nice man. I explained what happened and with in minutes he was already working on it. Not only did he fix my piece so I could get back to work but he also reenforced it so it wouldn't happen again.i normally don't write reviews but I had to share this."

"I don't know who owns or runs this place, but when I was here I was dealing with a guy named Vladimir. Guy knows his stuff and dealt fairly with me. I expect most of these phone repair/used phone shops and such to be shady in their dealings, so I expect to have to go in and haggle for a fair price but this place is not shady in the least. Vlad is a gentleman and a scholar. And you will pay a fair price and receive good service at this store."

"My wife had a Google Pixel 3a with a broken front glass. LCD was fine but the glass was shattered making it more difficult to repair. They did an excellent job on it and finished it in 1 day! Plus he was MUCH cheaper than the competition and did an incredible job. I could not be more satisfied. Excellent service and will gladly recommend to others."

"Hello if you have a broken phone laptop iPad don't matter this guy can fix it. Don't go to apple store they will rip you off! I uploaded pix of mine demolished iphone 6s he fixed in 1 hour. I wish i knew him earlier so i could save $900 buying new phone :("
