"Robert Gay is the ultimate HVAC technician. My guess he is certified in electrical, plumbing as well, however my experience is with a dual fuel heating system. Our heating system kept blowing the control board. A new one would be installed, checked out, diagnostics run - all seemed well. 2 -3 days later the board would blow and we would lose heat again. Robert came out to assess the situation. His diagnosis indicated that replacing the control board was indeed correct. He didn't stop there, he checked all of the wiring to the heat pump and gas furnace switches beyond that board as well. Lo and behold he found a second stage furnace switch that indicated it was shorted. Robert ordered and replaced the bad control board as well as the furnace stage one and two switches. All diagnostics indicated the short had been cleared and no error codes were displayed. Awesome! Robert is a first class gentleman, professional in his approach to work and people, polite, and willing to fully explain so that the layperson may understand the situation at hand. A top drawer person in all regards. I would not hesitate to ask for Robert to service my heating and air unit. Simply the best!!"

"Good experience. It was time for an inspection/cleaning of my units. Jones showed up at the first hour of the 3 hour window which I appreciated. He was very professional, helpful and informative with all my questions I asked. Once he completed the service he explained what was completed and the best times to schedule these maintenance. I was mostly impressed with Jones when going to check my upstairs thermostat, I noticed he respectfully took off his shoes before walking onto the carpeted area without my request.
