"This location is fairly new and extremely clean. Not to mention the AMAZING and extremely helpful staff! From the General Manager Vilma Trevino, all the way to the front desk agents and housekeeping. Adnan was our first interaction with any of the staff and he really set the bar for everyone else. He was polite and so helpful. He’s what helped us want to become regulars here. We first stepped into our room (215) and saw a black stain on the seat in the room. We went back to the desk and he apologized sincerely and immediately switched us room. He made it right and then some! He gave us some extra points for the inconvenience and as a gesture of goodwill. We loved our stay so much that we extended our stay an extra night! Our second night here, we were met by Tanner who was a really cool dude with some really awesome tattoos! He helped make our new reservation and gave us the exact room we requested! He also really came in clutch with a late checkout so special shoutout to him! Last but not least, when we checked out in the morning, we were met by happy and sweet Kadrian. Her smile really shines and is a nice way to start the morning. That as well as the breakfast attendants! I didn’t get her name but she was super attentive, kept everything stocked and cleaned, and always greeted everyone with a good morning. Everyone here has been extremely hospitable and it so lovely and refreshing. So much so that my girlfriend and I have now made this our go to location for our staycations when I’m back in town from work. We’re happy to become regulars and look forward to many more nights here! - Nate and Aime"

"No clothes cabinet, only hangers (no problem if you are staying for a day or two, I had to suffer for a full week). No complimentary water. Acceptable breakfast. Clean rooms. Free parking."

"Ft Worth is an interesting place to drive in, so this being off the autobahn along 35W is a feat within itself. It was nice to be across from a few restaurants, because I felt safe just walking across the parking lot (but be careful around corners LOL). This hotel is a good budget hotel. There's no closet or dresser to store anything. That wasn't very fun. The staff was friendly, but there unfortunately weren't a lot of available extras during our stay (pillows, blankets, etc). I'd visit again if I had a short stay and light luggage"

"I’ve been coming here for over 3 years for business trips & it used to always be great! Deposits have went from $50 to $200. Which idk what for because the rooms are so little it’s nothing to mess up or break. Breakfast is just warmed up sandwiches, cereal & fruit. Housekeeping has went down, the past few times it’s always been dirty towels. & then have the nerve to put envelopes on the beds for tips lmao what a joke. Said all that to say I’m never coming back. Used to be a great hotel but I guess management has changed."

"My wife and i checked into our room a little after midnight 12/15/2023. We were traveling with our children who were very tired. When we got to the hotel the main door was locked which my wife loved for safety and security reasons. We were greeted by hotel staff by the name of Caroline. I’ve been to many hotels and pay attention to how welcoming the staff our as well as the cleanliness and i must say this hotel has won me and my family over. The rooms were magnificently clean and smelled fresh and Caroline was amazing. Sweet hearted girl. She explained where everything was located in the building as well as what time breakfast started. We will be recommending avid hotel to all of our friends and family who will be traveling to Texas for our family reunion. Thanks again for the amazing service"
