"Went in for yearly mammogram, was warmly welcomed by Micaela at 7:15am- not too many people are that cheerful at that time of the morning- she was helpful and had a beautiful smile. My mammogram was done by Jennie who was professional, kind and efficient. Received my results very quickly. Highly recommended this facility."
"If I could give them a 0 star...I would. I showed up at 7:45a.m. for my 8:00a.m. appointment. Was put in the room at 8:02 and was told I was next to go back for my exam. By 8:20 still had not had anyone come in my room. I asked the receptionist who was walking down the hall when would I be taken back for my mammogram and at 8:45....still no response. I got dressed and left! As I was leaving, standing in the waiting room, the nurse/radiologist comes up and says she can take me back now! NO way!!!!! Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time with them anymore."
"An absolute shameful experience. As a breast cancer survivor today was extremely important. My 6-month follow-up mammogram to discern I was cancer free. Post mammogram, the technician as about history that should have been in my file in a demeaning way and then forced me to speak to her manager. I was then painted as unreceptive! Lacks compassion and unwilling to put patient care first"
"I had a lump on my right breast so went my first Mammogram and ultrasound done here.i don’t have a family background of having breast cancer. I was advised by the Doctor for Biopsy procedure to check for samples. I was really nervous about it, and felt terrified. Scared of needles or surgery. Assistant Amanda helped me calm down made me feel a lot better and Doc. Balis is just so cool and made me feel relaxed. They were all very helpful and supportive during my procedure in encountering my fears. The biopsy will not hurt you at all, i felt pressure only, but the procedure will not hurt you at all. No worries!! Hope you have a good news on your result."
