"My review from 2022 said "... the front desk seems a little behind all the time," but my visit there in May this year (2023) included a totally organized and on-schedule front desk sign-in. Everyone is so caring and takes time with you and is very informative re the procedures. (Remember they don't have results yet and can't discuss diagnosis info that is sent to your doctor.) I always select this Women's Center for mammograms and other procedures. Also note, the Women's Center is a separate building just a block north of the actual Regional Hospital. It has easy access and parking."

"I went here for my yearly mammogram. I filled out my paperwork, handed it in, then returned to my seat. All the while, the ladies in the office/counter area were out of sight, chattering, laughing, and having a good ole time. Then, one of the ladies called me up to the counter to give me another form to fill out, since I was evidently given the wrong paperwork previously. There were only 2 or 3 people in the waiting area, but I had to wait approximately an hour. I was actually questioning my decision to have my mammogram at this place, when I was called back. The lady who did my mammogram was very sweet, caring, and professional. I wish I could remember her name, because she is the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars."
"I am so furious with this place. There is no such thing as customer service! My mother made an appointment for her yearly mammogram over a week. They verified her insurance and told her it would be covered. There was no communication after the appointment was confirmed from either parties. No appointment reminders like a normal doctor's office, none of that. Fast forward to the day of appointment, she got the place and they made her wait in the car for ONE HOUR!! (In Texas heat!) I understand that's the new protocol due to COVID but one hour is too much! Finally an hour later, it was her turn to go in, when she did the nurse told her that they DO NOT ACCEPT HER INSURANCE! (The front desk receptionist was not aware!). This took her by shock because she had confirmed and verified everything a week ago and she had also filled everything out. According to the nurse, they stopped accepting her insurance after she had made the appointment. (Which was not communicated) First of all, its awful service that they did not call her to update her of that change prior to her appointment. Second, telling her that after she spent an HOUR in the hot sun! Why the hell was wait time an hour to begin with?! Never going back here again! Not her, not me, not my sister NO ONE. I will be sure to tell my family members of this experience. They don't deserve even one star."
"AWFUL Experience. DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE. I usually go to Solis but I thought I would give this facility a try. First of all, the reception is extremely rude. It took over 2 weeks before they would contact me to say they needed my previous results. I provided them immediately. It has been over 2 weeks and I still don't the results. I called this morning to speak to the Technician and she placed me on hold. While waiting, she took me off hold and didn't realize it. She was laughing and carrying on. I kept saying hello but nobody responded. I hung up and called back only for the phone to ring over 25 times with no answer. I would not recommend anyone going here due to the unprofessionalism and lack of follow up. So here I am over a month later with no results. It's a shame that I have wasted my time, money and energy on such an awful place"
