"me and my husbandhave been here for 3 weeks so far and I have to tell you it's so much better than where we used to stay this place is clean quiet and the staff is so friendly the rooms are great comfy beds excellent wifi mini fridge and microwave works great so if your planning a trip or are traveling for business to Ft Worth and need to find a motel I would definitely recommend Greenview Inn motel oh and the price is great and worth it Avoid the valley motel and The Avalon motel they are same price but no mini fridge or microwave you can't get wifi in any of the rooms roach infested the rooms are so small the list goes on and on"

"It's good cheap hotel if you like that kind ,it's close to good places like 7th Street which gots some good restaurants,bars ,museums and other things ,I've been in 7 shootouts here ,3times they invaded my room kicking the door in ,2 times ,walking on the balcony they tried to jump out and grab me ,and 2 in the parking lot ,once walking up the other getting drug out the car ,I killed and injured many many people I believe one time I shot over 20 people in the parking lot who attacked my car when I pulled in trying to block it and drag me out asking for wallets and money ,accidently shot a guy who was shooting at them too ,he didn't press charges ,didn't blame me, unbelievable ,Ive never been arrested for it and always been let go ,but 7 times out of 20 or 25 is alot ,and i usually dont stay in places like that ("small you know"),the last time I was thier I took a walk and when I returned the door was nailed on the hinges from being kicked in ,it's the 5 time that happened ,it sucks having to shoot someone and them dieing but sucks for them when its Thier legs and stomach ,which is preferably my favorite when its groups like that ! Be Cautious, Be Aware ! Be Malicious !"

"Grabbed me a room for 1 night @$75 and was blown away with how clean, nice and cool upon entering. Had a small fridge with a microwave. Checked bed sheets and they where clean. Did not notice any bed bugs or any other problem. Turned around and paid for a Week upon the excellence of owners and maids."

"This is a very clean, friendly , and extremely affordable place to stay. Especially compared to the other hotels down the road. Convenient location for the downtown area. Also management is great. They accommodate your needs. Very helpful and polite. Was very pleased with my stay."
