"I've stayed at a lot of extended stay hotels over the years and this one is one of the better ones. The staff care about the property and are quick to manage inappropriate guest behavior. Been a really great stay."
"They charge a more than 50% depot that you don't know about until you get there. And was told it would be refunded the day I checked out. Still haven't received it back. I went there because it was new and not over priced. I got there thinking I would be paying $80 like he said on the phone but ended up paying $140"
"First room was nice for the price.Bring your own toiletries ( with I do ) but never have I stayed where they didn't supply them in the room. If you want more than 1 cup of coffee, and this boggles my mind, you have to go downstairs to get it ( not that it is good coffee, but hey it is coffee). When there is two people in a room and and you ask for more coffee packets and told no we supply it after 5am, that is complete and utter wrong! We do not like having to get up and get dressed so one of us can have a cup of coffee! The towel situation, the towels are kid size and absolutely hards as a rock, so after no coffee, sure wasn't gonna ask for more. And last, I had requested via the phone, for an early check in and was told 11:30 am. We planned our trip accordingly, got there at noon and room not ready. I was told another 40 minutes. My thing is, traveling with your pet, what do you do for that long. Last, the facuet in the bathroom is not long enough for the type of sink that they have."
"This is a very honest review! Overall a good stay and super close to our venue. I booked through OneKey. Check-in was easy. Deposit is $100, my credit account showed they charged $106.00 waiting for that to come back in a few days. The lobby is clean, entire hotel is modest which is fine, it’s a motel 6. They have great security cameras everywhere. No breakfast items, but Ginger Brown’s cafe down the road has what you need. A lot of people complaining about the keycard power slot once you enter your room, you put your key card in a slot by the door and the lights come on. This did not affect the tv or A/c power when you take the card out of the slot. I completely understand why they do this, to save power while nobody is occupying the room in case someone forgets to turn off the lights. It makes perfect sense. You only get one key card unless you ask for 2. But there’s a work around on that power slot. It’s just a pressure switch so any old expired gift card will work, I put my empty Starbucks gift card in the slot and the lights came on. Pros: Staff was always VERY friendly. Room floors were laminate instead of carpet, keeps humidity down and overall cleanliness. The bed was a completely metal frame, so that along w/ the no carpet helps with bedbug deterrence. It was very clean in my room (can’t say the same for my sister’s room though) It had a big fridge and freezer, toaster microwave and blue tooth or usb alarm clock with a great speaker for playing your own music. A place for luggage and hanging clothes. A kitchen 2nd sink w/ towels for hand washing etc. The bathroom shower was big and hot. The a/c is amazing!!! Cons: Since the bed was metal, it sounded like sheet metal making fake thunder sounds whenever you roll over. I didn’t see a blow dryer. The wifi would connect but never worked. The tv sleep function didn’t work. Only a bar of soap for toiletries but I bring my own so this wasn’t a problem but it may have been for someone else. I also didn’t see any water stations or fountains. Bring water if you do not drink tap."
