"My late uncle was friends with the owner. If my uncle liked anyone, you just know the person is a quality, trustworthy person. This put my mind at ease in a big way. The owner of the company and his workers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did not leave a mess. They throughly explained everything they were doing before they did it. I love my new furnace. I highly recommend them and am so glad I could support his business. He really cares."

"Called bj heating and air Tyler came out only change furnace filter. Says be 89 dollars or can get the service for 216 so all together was 256 didn’t no filter was 56 dollars until he put it in . Can get one for 20 any where else. He left that was Thursday night Saturday morning got up 62 in house had it set on 72 called again sent out Tyler he got under to unit said injecter dirty. Said be 149 I said I have the service plain he said it doesn’t count on weekends he never mentioned that. So out another 149. Sunday morning got up again 61 in house I be dam if I pay another 149 so use over and heater. Monday afternoon guess who Tyler came out look said gas valve bad are you serious this is 4 time came out in week and half he left call next day say be 801 have it Thursday it’s freezing out that week I called zip came out Wednesday morning put gas valve in for 671 everything. So yeah wasn’t happy but anyway that’s my review. As you see in picture 45 every night and the day show 55 because oven on 2 days for 24 hrs each and space heater I froze for 4 days. But the filter was change by Tyler so I’ll call in June for first service I’ll buy my own filter this time thanks bill riley."

"All experiences with BJ Heating and Cooling have been good so far. Old furnace needed replacing (emergency). I usually do a lot of research before making a a purchase like this, but was caught unprepared. I had just a little bit of time to collect some information about the furnace they were proposing and discovered, happily, that the brand is very well-rated. Have been happy so far with performance (two weeks). Service was great too. Thanks to Shawn and Jerome, as well as the person who took our initial call and the person who helped Jerome. We feel relieved to have found a good company."

"What a great company! I had put in a request for service online because my furnace was running but not putting out any heat. I received a call within 15 minutes. I explained my problem and Jesse offered several suggestions of what I could do to fix the issue. Luckily one of his suggestions worked. He could have not said anything to be able to charge me the $89 diagnostic fee (which is cheap for a service visit) but he didn't. I have used them before and they have always been great, but this is a great example of a company truly caring about their customers. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing service."
