"Arrived after hours. There is a phone number on the gate for emergencies. Emergency usually means a loaded reefer that isn't performing. Called the number and someone came out and fixed my trailer in the driveway. No problem."

"So one of the mechanics had to have emergency surgery supposedly. Yet the two others couldn’t do it? They work on reefer trailers. You know big huge motors with belts and hoses. So they should easily be able to work on an apu to replace just a belt."

"I was there today about 3 hours. I arrived without any appointment. My brand new Apu control board had to be replaced. It was covered under warranty at no cost. I don't remember the name of the tech but he was really good. I was going to ask him to show me how to run everything before I left but he beat me to it. Thank you."
