"It’s been a year since the service and we have been billed incorrectly over and over again with the most recent one yesterday. Several times I have faxed our explanation of benefits from our insurance for the bill to be corrected. They still keep sending the same invoiced amount with a new due date. It’s been a YEAR of this! By this time the deng bill needs to forgiven! When you call they offer up to 40% off however that’s still more than our insurance stated is owed. I think that’s even more frustrating, something needs to change with the billing department. Thank goodness my husband has me to help out with these things because anyone going through cancer treatments that does not would not have energy enough to advocate for themselves. I would recommend using another service of the office you visit has other options. This is exhausting."

"This place!!!!! I had treatment 6/16, my portion of the bill was $519. Paid payments of $119, $125, $137.50 every month. Last check cleared on 9/26/23. I have a balance of $137.50 and they send me to a collection agency!!!!!!?????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"This review is 100% work related. 0/10 do not recommend. If you value your peace and state of mind do not work here because they will interrupt your peace of mind. They don’t care about how they say, they don’t value you or your work. You are obligated to extend a hand to other departments even if they don’t extend one to you. They nitpick over every little thing especially phones. You can get in trouble for just letting it sit on the table (trouble i mean written up AND not be told that you got written up). There is favoritism here. The people that make this place horrible are the leads and lab operations manager. The leads will literally write you up for the EXACT same thing they are doing but because they are leads it’s okay. Especially the lab operations manager she makes the place depressing and miserable. You can’t even breathe or blink without feeling like it’s a problem. The leads are bff’s so don’t go to them with your problems about another lead because it won’t matted. They snitch on everyone and everything that’s not even true with no proof. Instead of being adults the people here act like children. Don’t think you can go to HR either for your problems. They are biased. They don’t listen and don’t care. They very much are one sided. They will hire you just to lie to you. On top of that they don’t hire the people they need because they don’t want to when they need to hire more people so that the people who were hired to do their job can actually do their job. But they look at you to do certain tasks because some people are “over qualified” for a task. Then they will write you up or fire you on spot no remorse and it could be over something you had no control over or because they failed to follow protocol. Please understand the people that work there are against you specifically Shrei, Ayla, Tavia (especially), and Dennis. In the HR department Chandra is useless. Understand these people do not mind the department they supervise and Chandra does not listen to the problems you present. I reported work Place harassment and was talked to about my phone the entire phone call. My initial issue was not addressed but flipped to make it seem like I was the problem. I was wrongfully terminated after already resigning. I would like people to know how I was treated by everyone except MY supervisor who was great."

"Last month I received a bill from Date of Service January 2020!!!!! I called and spoke to someone who asked for my Medicare #, I said from my invoice, you had billed both my BCBS and Medicare, so you HAVE MY #’s!!!! Apparently my neurologist sent a biopsy to them? Which I question as I am in another State with many other labs! I told her I wasn’t paying and just received another invoice! Still not paying, I believe it’s a SCAM!!!!"
