"I hired TFS - The Foundation Specialist to do some foundation work and repairs to cracks in concrete on driveways and sidewalks. I had previously had work done by another company with less than stellar and satisfactory results. Michael came out initially and did an in-depth inspection of my foundation and paved areas. Afterwards he went over his inspection, recommendations for repairs, costs and financing options. No pressure was applied and I hired them. On September 25, Trey, Jade and Jason were the first crew that came to install the piers, lift concrete, repair cracks and bury down spouts around the house. Trey explained in detail what they would be doing and had me come out to see the work at each stage. They even reworked a buried downspout that had to be moved to my neighbors satisfaction. They completed the Erin three days. They were professional, detailed, efficient, knowledgeable about their work! They packed down the dirt and explained it would settle down eventually. "The TFS team installed steel piers on two sides of my house. The back side of my house required inside repair due to the basement wall leaning, and without proper repair would have caved in. Gabriel saw the problem and activated the change in the work order to install Power Braces. I’m so thankful that Gabriel saw the issue and decided to contact his supervisor to make the changes. Saved my basement! The waterproofing they did is 100% better than another company did just two years ago. I had no idea what a good waterproofing job looked like until TFS installed one. While they were here they poly filled my sidewalk which fixed a crooked sidewalk step. They installed a high performance dehumidifier that has changed the air quality in my basement. The also buried my downspouts. Any question or concern that I had was answered immediately. I highly recommend TFS to anyone that needs their services!"
