"Tried to kick me out the day after they collected a month's worth of rent for no valid reason. Owner ran over my dog and had zero remorse. Tried to evict me with paperwork that wasn't even legal. Buyer beware. They came off as super nice in the beginning, offered to help me fix up my trailer and everything. In the end they had the whole park turned against me for no good reason. I had to get my attorney involved to get them to back off and allow me time to find a new place, since they wanted me gone so bad."

"Needs to build kennel runs with shelter and water for their occupants to properly restrain their family pets as the new Texas state law no longer allows chains or tethering of pets. Other than that it's a lovely location."

"This place is awesome. Clean and very helpful. We didn't have a grill, but when I asked she bought one over. Mrs. Bonnie is a very sweet lady. The neighbors next to use were respectful of the peace and quiet and kept it like that. It was like at home. There is a bird feeder on the tree to watch them feed. Off to the left is a beautiful pond. Only one RV was here when we were here, the rest of the cabins were full."

"I stayed for three months. Owners were wonderful. The best of people. Cabin was nice and clean. If I needed anything, Bonnie saw to it."
