"Avoid going at all for any test for any reason! The staff is rude and uncaring, they do not follow doctors faxes or orders. They extremely overcharge for tests that are clearly cover by insurance… absolutely the worst place, service. I bet if the state came in they would be shut down as soon as they saw what was going on here."

"I easily checked in at the kiosk with my QR code from an email, was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment time and the person that drew my blood was professional, personable and more importantly BARELY left a mark on my arm! Kudos and I wish I remembered her name to personally give her gold stars."

"I checked in at about 2pm on a Wednesday for a walk-in and was put on standby and almost immediately taken into an appointment room, which was very convenient. It turns out that my blood work orders were not sent in and while I waited 40 minutes for my doctor to send the orders, the staff checked on me and periodically asked me if they had sent the orders yet. They allowed me to wait in the waiting room and then when the orders finally came in they very quickly took me into another appointment room. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and understanding and my experience was very positive."
