"Stayed here for two nights while in town for the Texas State Games being held in nearby Brownsville. The room was clean and tidy, albeit a little sparse. Very quite considering its location near the highway. The staff and service were excellent and very accommodating. The location was convenient for getting back and forth to Brownsville multiple times a day with multiple fast food restaurants in close proximity and easy access to the highway."

"Why be in hospitality if you hate customers? The front desk guy was all but rude obviously held us in conrmpt. Unlike the smiling Budhha statue behind him. Bathroom towels stained. Early next morning woman pounds on the door stating "you have a dog". We had no dog. Tell her. She shows a note with hand writing about a dog in our room number. Invite her in to search, of course no dog. Price the same as nicer hotels in Harlingen. Never again."

"The room itself was ok. We enjoyed the pool, the price and how close it is to a gas station and a couple of fast food chains. You really get what you pay for…. What we didn’t like was….. the two roaches we found behind our couch in the room, the bathroom door that wouldn’t close, the hard mattresses, the security (top) lock that was broken off, the smoke alarm that was off and under the sink, the “random” cars and people that would show up to the hotel parking lots. Would we stay here again? Just depends if they fix all said things."

"Please don't stay here unless you have to. This is by far the least clean hotel I've seen in awhile. I stayed when an event was happening further south and didn't want to pay the increased prices. Now I wish I would have. They 100% do not care about repairs and cleanliness. How long does it take to fix a safety lock on a door that leads directly to the outside? Instead, tell me..."oh, you'll be fine. Me and my kids are here inside all the time. Really, lady? Your apartment is behind the lobby. Your front door doesn't open to the street. Anyway, it was just disgusting. The beds had stains on blankets and sheets, the walls were filthy, the bathroom hadn't ever seen a mop. I'll post some pics here, but of course they don't do justice for how gross this place really is. I went to a nearby Walmart for bedding and a pillow to use. Oh! Also... they do not have a cleaning crew they discuss these reviews with. They clean themselves. LOL There is no way in the world an actual company is responsible for this level of neglect."
