"Horrible place, rat infested, they lie about pest control coming even though they will post letters on your door stating they’ll visit from certain time - certain time. They post about having a pool but the pool has been closed for a year (since I’ve moved in) maybe longer who knows, they opened it for a month just to close it again cuz they don’t wanna fix whatever is wrong with it. You can call so many times nobody answers even though the managers car is parked in the front during business hours. They cleaned an apartment next to mine, just to leave a dirty fridge filled with maggot old dirty food for 3 weeks and didn’t have the audacity to clean out the fridge and left the dirty fridge out for 3 weeks on my balcony in my way. Unprofessional place that doesn’t care about their tenets only good thing about them is the rent. THATS IT."

"Old place, dirty tenants, maintenance guy always has alot of work. Thumbs up for him, always working hard, people just don't change and are very inconsiderate."

"Place is terrible, house flooded from our CEILING and they have yet to do anything about it. Everytime a cal is placed for maintenance it takes weeks to get a simple task done. Managers come and go every other day so nothing gets done."

"My family and I have been living at these apartments for a year now, and so far so good. The apartment itself is very spacious for large families. Maintenance keeps up with work orders in a very timely manner. The manager Miss.Elizabeth is very friendly and professional. Washer & dryer connections in the apartment are a big plus!! Only small downside for us is the parking, which can get pretty crowded, but other than that, planning to stay another year."
