"Absolutely horrible place , smells like mold Phones in RM do not work Employees use handicap parking so it's not available . Had to be moved twice due to air con not working. Unfortunately it's the Only place in la feria , Tx Unless you get a Airbnb which I will be doing Nxt time . Don't waste your money on mold infested rooms Pool was unavailable and closed and we're in September where it's 105 all day . Not a good experience at all . Location is awesome but rooms suck ...."

"DONT STAY HERE! This place is infested! If I could give 0 stars I would! We checked in May 28th at 2am in the morning room 107. I felt something bite me and got up to turn on the lights and inspect and found a really huge bedbug. Upon further inspection we found more and baby ones. We notified the front desk and the guy came and sprayed the room and moved us to room 100. Not even 5 minutes there was a baby bedbug on the pillow. We asked for a refund and left at 4am. Still waiting on the refund. we spent our last money here and since the refund was not put back on we had to sleep in our truck with the kids. Worst experience ever during memorial day weekend. Holiday/vacation ruined."

"I stayed in room 116 last night. Got in around 6:30 pm, took a nap, woke up to my arms and back covered in sore and terribly itchy spots. Through further inspection we find baby bedbugs as well as older ones. Told the man at the counter and he moved us 1 room over to room 117. I do not recommend."

"I go often to shop in Progr weeso, Mexico and have stayed at this motel for nearly 20 years. The desk people are always friendly, and because I often stay alone, they started putting me in a room near the office. Occasionally I travel with pets, and when I leave them in the room to spend the day in Progreso, I know they are keeping an eye on my room to make sure no one bothers my animals. The price is reasonable. They used to have a nice breakfast but covid stopped all that. The cleaning people have always been very acommodating and the maintenance man is super nice."

"The good was the lady at the front desk was super friendly and funny. The ac worked very well...Location was great and very quiet (no road noise or neighbors). Reasonably priced... The bad, the ac sounded like a DC-3 winding up for take off, the room was big but was lacking furnature, there was a 10x10 enpty space. The bed had 2 top sheets and no fitted sheet so we had to get up and readjust the bunching. Ceramic tiles were nice but walking across the floor and our feet were black. Bathroom fan bearings were bad, when turned on, squealed loudly. Ice machine was inoperable."
