"I would not recommend this place. There is always an issue with every return I file here. I've done my taxes at a few different places but when I come to this h&r branch, there is an issue. Last year I had to contact state representatives, spend countless hours on the phone with the IRS and make 3 seperate trips to h&r block to figure out what happened to my taxes. I filed early the exact same way that I always do and it took months and months to get my return. I had to submit 2 seperate documents to the IRS before they would release my money. This year I filed here with Louise and I'm almost certain she made a mistake on my tax return. I received a letter from the IRS alerting me that I'm being audited. Nothing has changed but something went wrong and now I have to submit birth certificates, proof of employment, proof of residence with the amount I pay each month as well as several other documents that I have to fax over to the irs. Louise didn't even want to look at my audit and she offered no assistance. She told me I would have to figure this out on my own and do what the IRS says but takes no responsibility for the audit. If your a tax preparer you should stand behind your client but unfortunately this branch does not do that. This is by far the worst branch you can file at. If you want your money and you want it on time without inconvenient hassles, don't file here!!!"
