"My appointment was at 2pm. I was there early, and noticed a couple walking in just minutes before 1:45pm. Then I walked in just minutes before 2pm. I was told that the person doing my taxes would be finishing very soon. It wasn't until just after 2:15, that this person finished with the couple. I saw walked in just minutes before 1:45pm. Why was my appointment set for 2pm, when this person had a appointment at 1:45pm. I noticed how this tax person didn't seem to be hurry. While with them, however this person rush me out quickly."
