"Some of the staff are great employees, but the manager from what it seems likes to pick and choose who to charge extra fees or who not to. I’m not one to fight a fee that needs to be charged fairly but then do not let your favorite guests drink, smoke and be all over each other with children present in the pool and be allowed to get away with it. Edit: if they don’t want you in the pool, they will make sure you know that they don’t want you in the pool."

"Stayed here for a weekend while my home was being worked on. The room we stayed in had a malfunctioning AC unit but the front desk was more than happy to move us to a different room at no extra cost. The washing machine in the guest laundry room also did not seem to work at all, but they offered to do our laundry for us. Rooms and building were clean and well-kept, breakfast was also pretty good. Overall, the only flaws were in regards to old appliances not working. Everything else was great."

"I’ve stayed there in two different occasions and overall is a decent hotel for short stays, the rooms are a little bit old and could use an makeover. In the most recent visit the toilet water didn’t had enough pressure and it caused to get clogged, this was reported and fixed but we were told the problem may present again bc of the water pressure, we were offered to change rooms but we declined. Pros: breakfast included, spacious parking lot, ice machine available, rooms include refrigerator, microwave. Beds were comfortable enough. Location close to different stores and restaurants. Would stay there again because is not expansive but it could be restored."

"The location at Shary Inn and Suites is great because you have so many restaurants around you as well as supermarkets. You can easily get on the freeway to drive wherever you need to go and get there fast, or you can go to any of the many places around the hotel that don't require you to go up on the freeway. We went on a weekend and there was very little traffic on Shary Road, an easy way to get in and out. The pool was great and even though they close it at 10 pm the dark-haired lady at the front desk told us we could use it until midnight if we wanted to. We needed a cot in our room to accommodate an extra unexpected guest and they gave it to us free of charge and in a nice manner. I believe they recently added a spa area with massage, we weren't able to use it because we had no time left but next I will for sure. The breakfast is great and has a good variety of things. The staff was great and accommodated us, we are thankful. Disliked · We had a little bit of trouble with some of the doors not opening with our card but nothing that ruined the trip. They said a person was going to get it fixed Monday but we left on Sunday."
