"I went in for a scan and I had called ahead I would be late, receptionist said it was fine. I got there receptionist was about to write me in a staff from the back said it really loud that she's barely coming in...apart from being rude very unprofessional, myself as a medical provider its unprofessional to be showing all body tattoos, (I have no problem with tattoos by the way) and snapping pictures and recording while all patient information is out in the open. Never going back. Its actually called South Texas Imaging Center"

"After Reading very bad reviews about this place, I was afraid to even enter the Central Diagnostic clínic where it is located. . Maybe I was just lucky, I dont know, but the Office supervisor,Linda is her name, was very nice and gave me all paperwork to fill, explained deductibles . I went for a sonogram of my kidneys. I was given a little of water to fill my bladder and a technician came for me to do my test. Prices A LOT CHEAPER than the hospital. My first experience there totally positive and different than what I expected. I would like to write a separate review, but leave same rating. Today I went for a CT scan. The technicians did an EXCELLENT job, the young receptionist in the front desk is not only rude, but also ignorant. She doesnt move an inch without looking at the office manager; the office manager told me the day before I would get called to tell me my deductible, I NEVER DID, they asked me for the orders and I told them they could make a copy of MY copy, but they had to give me back my copy. Good technicians, front desk clerks need refresher course in office management and people skills. The ONLY GOOD thing about them is their price. Compared to the hospital, if they are in your insurance network, prices are a third of what hospital charges."

"Filthy dirty. Very unprofessional. My Dr. ordered 2 tests. They couldn't not get that right as they they attempted to do the wrong C T scan. Rude employees that don't listen. Ended up only getting 1 of 2 tests ordered. My appointment was for 1:00 PM and I did not get called in till 2:30 while waiting in a crowded, small waiting area with screaming kids. I will never return! All F's in every respect!"

"Had to call the office five times only to be told they lost the disk I had entrusted them with. Incompetent, negligent, and careless. They can not be trusted to do the simplest of tasks. Just horrible. If I could give less than a star I would."

"Terrible service. Website shows they're open until 5 PM, but they didn't take me for x-rays at 4:30 PM. Employee or "owner" named Julio was very rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place."
