"Kind, polite and professional. Avoid morning appointments as the office will be full then. Other than that, I've been very happy with my level of care. Lab and some radiology in house. Very convenient."

"Edit: I changed my 2 stars to 4. The office manager has been kind an accommodating. She expedited my request for my imaging and got it done same day instead of next day. HOWEVER: The Ultrasound tech insisted I don my mask for her safety yet she wasn’t wearing one for mine! It took a little while for it to sink in that if I am to wear one for her safety then she’ll need to wear one for mine! DO NOT let this lady push your around. If you or your loved one requires a ultrasound from an unmasked woman INSISTING you put your mask on, kindly ask her to wear hers!"

"My 5 stars are for Elida, in front office very pleasant and professional. I totally understand the wait time but honestly everywhere you go know a days you have to wait. Overall I was pleased with the services."

"I had an appointment with them for ultrasound. They cancelled my appointments couple of times, and even once I went there and they said "oooh, we don't have our staff, and we wanted to call you to cancel it, but we forgot". Such a waste of time. So unprofessional. I never recommend them. I also asked my doctor not to suggest that place to any patient. I never got the result of that ultrasound and it was never sent to my doctor."

"I called here to make an appointment and they said I should bring my order to their office. I brought he order to the front desk and the girl was so confused looking at the order. She showed my order to their technician and the technician had no idea what it was. They sent me home and told me they will ask from another technician and call be back. After 4 hours not receiving any call from them, I called them to follow up. They said we do not do your MRI here without any explanations why. Avoid this place. They have no idea what the hell they are doing."
