"So the people are great and pricing is good ; however I paid for my dog to be bathed, nails and glands, ears done and these things were NOT done. My dog has been groomed before and been fine and the ladies gave the reason for no nails that my dog nipped at them - he has never done this to anyone much less a groomer. so I am don't believe them. When I picked up my dog he had poop on his face and under his belly. I will probably not use this facility again for grooming however the pricing and boarding facilities were fine. I ended up paying for all of the grooming then taking him to a fantastic place in sango after the vets office. Both said he had not been groomed so I had him re-bathed, his nails done and ears which were filthy. I really hate paying for something I did not get and then paying for it again somewhere else. That said the grooming facility I did go to near publix in sango is amazing and they had no issue what so ever bathing him. I hate complaining still I want to be honest- my puppy was well cared for to my knowledge so that was good. However I think in the future we will just hire a pet sitter."

"I have to say my first and last experience with this business was far from pleasant. I called first thing in the morning and the message said I could leave a message or text the number, I left a message in hopes of receiving a return call, unfortunately heard nothing by almost noon. I called again at that time and still no answer. Fortunately my daughter and son in law work for the business cleaning kennels and my daughter asked via text about the boarding accommodations and was informed that the were booked. A bit later I messaged the number and basically said it should have been common courtesy to call the person leaving the message that they could not accommodate and in my opinion this is no way to run a business. Later my son in law went in to work and one of the owners decided to call me a little B@$ch and my son in laws defended me and was basically fired from his job for it. SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, in my opinion, I would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime."
