The FedEx Drop Box located at 2950 Breckenridge Lane in Louisville, Kentucky, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

These drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6". Drop-off times may vary depending on location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label, affix it to your package, and bring it to the nearest FedEx Drop Box. Please note that cash, check, or credit card payments are not accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to the drop boxes, FedEx also has FedEx Office locations nationwide that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and cutoff times. Some FedEx locations can also ship hazardous goods. You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label, but packages should not be left outside the drop box. If your package is too large for the drop box, you can bring it to the counter at a nearby FedEx location, such as FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery store.
