"This is clinic has the worst non-urgent care clinic service I have ever used in terms of time management. I have waited to see a doctor for up to 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Today it was over an hour to get out of the waiting room and then sit for many more minutes to see the doc. They wildly overbook and give doctors no time to diagnose and treat with anything resembling a decent standard of care. The doctors themselves are of good to high quality. You need to bring a picnic lunch, work, and/or a full length feature movie or show to binge while you wait. Bring a concise written statement of your symptoms (even if entered in pre-checkin as they do not have time to read). Otherwise they will not have time to hear why you are there if you cannot say it quickly. Sad is the state of our healthcare system."

"Uhs doctors once were outstanding considering the challenge I gave them when I had Covid. However, it's drastically changed. If a crisis situation arises, the assumption is you tend to the emergency not when I have time . It's become a rotating door. On the flipside, it's OK since Bexar County has enough emergencies."

"Dr. Sanna Bahjjan I took some time before I posted this review to make sure I wasn’t posting out of pure emotion. Let me start off by saying that I’ve been coming to the University Health system for over 10 years and all of my doctors are amazing. Recently, my son has been experiencing extreme insomnia and Depression. He goes sometimes longer than 48hrs without sleep. It is scary for him. We did scheduled him an appointment with a psychiatrist but it is a few weeks out. His PCP was all booked up as well, so we took a same-day appointment with this doctor, Dr. Sanna Bahjjan in hopes to get help at least until we see the other doctor. & Since my son just turned 18, there is not much I can do on his behalf anymore. With that being said, as a last resort, we came to this doctor for help. She immediately told him that he needed to see a psychiatrist. And recommended over-the-counter medication then subjected him to a urine test. I’m not sure why. It gave me the impression she thought my son was some kind of junkie or was pill shopping or something. First off, we wouldn’t be at the Dr if he hadn’t already tried supplements and otc medication. We even tried teas and herbal remedies!! The fact that my son asked for help is a big deal!! People don’t just ask for help!! Especially teenage boys!! Brushing someone away who is asking for help is shameful and disgraceful. Sleep is so VITAL and is so important, and as a physician when someone says they can’t sleep that should be considered an urgent and serious matter. God forbid if my son hurts himself or becomes severely sick due to his lack of sleep. I promise will come after this Doctor, her license and everything she has ever known, so help me! Shame shame on you! Do you know how hard it is for people to ask for help to begin with when they can easily turn to other forms of self harm! Disgusting."

"This clinic has surpassed my expectations with their patient care. Dr. Jules is phenomenal and I could not recommend her enough to anyone in search of a PCP or a caring doctor. She has been extremely thorough in my care and has followed up with all of my concerns. I have had such a good experience with this clinic with the staff and sing myChart. With almost any healthcare appt, I expect a wait for my appt. There was a slight wait, but again that is usually expected at any clinic."
