"Scheduled an in person appointment as a new patient, there was a 6 week wait, fine not a problem totally get that. Three weeks later receive a call that they can only see me for half of what I had made the appointment for, and I was only scheduled for 15 minutes and what I needed would take 30-45 minutes at least, and could only be seen virtual. I had timed out medication that I need to be able to switch over to this office, and now because they were irresponsible I will be without medication that I need, unless I pay to go see my old doctor again. This was to be my first visit, and its put a very bad taste in my mouth because of their lack of respect for my time and issues, so I have cancelled the 15 minute block over the phone they SO graciously offered."

"I have never had a problem with ARC, in fact they were easy to work with and communicative. However, they referred me to a health provider, Televero Health, that appears to be a scam. This health provider failed to communicate bill balances, failed to properly bill insurance and refuses to pick up the phone. They do not even have an operational portal or address so I am unable to pay my bills (which don't make sense to start with). You should never refer anyone to them again and I think should help customers who were referred there discharge their balances."

"Hi, I am contacting ARC. I went to take mammograms on November 17th in ARC . ARA reviewed my report. I got mail saying they are searching my previous report because I moved to Austin three years ago. Then I waited. After one month December 14th, I got the call to tell me there is concerns and asked me to be back for further check. Even ARA is not in my insurance network, I still went to ARA for follow up exams because I want to get this as soon as possible. On December 20, I was examed in ARA. ARA told me there is suspicious mass, need do biopsy. I immediately called my ARC doctor, have him review my report and send the order to St DAvis’ medical center for Biopsy. I did not get any reply. I called ARC three times and beg them to respond my request. I am very worried and this is life related issue. Still no respond from my doctor. The nurse is nice and help me send message to doctors. But no responds. Is people life important to ARC?"

"First off, I stopped going to ARC when they brought in a specialist during my dtr’s appointment and billed me almost $300 more without ever telling me. The scheduled doctor said someone was around to talk to us about the orthotics I had mentioned planning to get for my daughter. I was getting off-the-shelf orthotics - not $500 custom inserts. It was a short conversation without a skill being provided. Now I find out the place that I got my MRI uses ARC for the reading of the MRI. The initial read was suspect - literally reporting that nothing at all was wrong. The day following and in the months since then, I have requested a re-read. I had been told by various people they would get back to me with it. Then, after my 2nd MRI and after months of pain, being unable to work (or walk much), various injections, etc,., my 2nd MRI noted substantial injuries (bone, muscle, tendon, other soft tissues) and eluded to seeing it in the initial, comparison MRI. Now, post-surgery and months later with many requests for a re-read, I have still not received a 2nd reading of the initial MRI. So no, I don’t recommend ARC. And I will be writing an appropriate review for the place I received my MRI, for while they may have done a good job performing the MRI, they should not use this place to read their MRIs. People should know this before they waste their time and money while being in significant pain."

"Arc is an ok facility, but they are not there to help. Arc won’t help with insurance to prevent people being charged literally more than the insurance is…. They don’t check that tests will be covered… I ended up with a bill that was more than what my insurance paid… I was told that there wouldn’t be out of pocket costs as this was a yearly health screening which obviously wasn’t the case. I was just given unverified information, I assume they were too “busy” to confirm before giving incorrect information. When I tried to pay the bill as I was able to, making regular payments… they sent my bill to collections rather than let me pay my exorbitant bill it as I am able to? Wow…"
