"Sent equipment out for repair, zero communication. Sent in October of 2022, now it’s August 2023. Beware, you will not get your equipment back. Nobody answers phone calls, only time I had contact was when I asked about getting an inverter repaired. My bucket truck has been down since last year. Beware!!!!!!!"

"Sent in a unit for repair back in January 2022. After payment was completed, they told us they ran into an issue with the unit. We have not been able to get a hold of them since after numerous emails and phone calls have been made. This is 100% a scam company. Not sure how they pass as a repair station. Please approach this company with extreme caution."

"Sent a board here that we wanted checked out since it had some components that we couldn't repair/replace. Were never able to get them on the phone after we sent it. It feels like they took our part and are holding it hostage. Very unprofessional."

"We sent a board for repair in May 2021. The board was returned to us around June upon our payment of $ 1,400 for the repair. The board did not work, we contacted them and they requested it back. They have had our board since but we were never able to get anyone to return our phone calls or our emails. At this point we feel like this not a real company but just a scam."
