"Called days ahead and made an appointment to get my MUFFLER replaced, and needed it done on Presidents’ Day. Dropped car off and a few hours later I received a call for the estimate. $720, and IT would be a few days because they needed to order the muffler. I told them to park it outside. When I get home and look at the receipt they had estimated services I never asked for. Tire rotation, front end alignment, transmission fluid and brake fluid change, etc. i called around to 2 of the local parts stores and they had the mufflers in stock. Waste of my time making an appointment, and dropping off/ picking up the car. Why would you do all the extra estimates instead of fixing my muffler?"
"Couldn’t have asked for better. Not local and car broke down in UK college parking garage had no steering. Got their name and number from friend they towed my car within hour at shop inspected it. Called to let me know car was there then called back with what was going on with it and then had it repaired in under 3 hours. Even stayed late so I could drive my car home. Highly recommend"
