"Went there to buy a pod device w/extra atomizers for a long trip. When looking at the choices for a device, I told the lady there it's important I get a device I can get extra atomizers for. She showed me a couple of different SMOK devices, I decided on the RM4 for it's versatility. She went to get the extra atomizers, had to call someone to find out which ones they are, but eventually came back with a box. I paid for the device, the box of 5 atomizers and a bottle of juice. Left..... after a few errands, I thought I'd look closer at the atomizers and found the ones she sold me were RM2's. So, I pulled them out and compared to the RM4 device's atomizer and found the RM2s to be too big. Raced back to the shop to try an exchange. She looked and looked, and couldn't find any RM4 atomizers, called her boss to ask about them. No go. So, I asked to exchange the RM4 and atomizers for something that would work. She pointed to a sign in the window and said 'no refunds, no exchanges'. I then calmed myself (so as not to get nasty) and told her it was her company's responsibility because she sold me the wrong device + atomizer. She then called her boss again and after a few minutes agreed to just give me a refund on the atomizers that don't work with this device. So, now I'm stuck with a $50 device I don't know where or when I'll be able to get more atomizers for on our trip to Colorado. I think this company could do better on customer service. We will go elsewhere for supplies when we return to Glen Rose. Edit: I added a star because I appreciate the owner came to respond to my review. Thank you for that. My frustration could have been totally eliminated had I known the RM2 coils would have worked in the 2nd pod. Nowhere in the documentation is any of what you said explained. I will endeavor to get new coils soon to confirm your response."
