"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. Started calling to get propane at 15%. Finally got ahold of them when we were down to 10%. They didn’t come out until we were empty. Charged a $50 fee for empty tank and to check for leaks. Annoying but whatever. THEN 4 days later, we have a leak and have to call them. They charge a $70 fee to check for leaks AGAIN. We now can not get anyone on the phone. Take your business elsewhere. This was not only Lake Region Propane but UPG Paducah office as well. The few times we were able to get them on the phone, RUDE."

"I am a new customer and i'm done before I got the first fill. I went to the office to start the account and the sign on the door said they would return at 1:30, It being around 1:20 I waited. Around 1:50 the office staff arrived. I filled out the paperwork and was informed that it would take, "a couple days" to get approval. Three days later on a Friday I called them to find out what was happening and I was told we were approved and that they would be out Monday to fill my tank if it didn't snow as forecasted on Sunday. My tank being at 15% I told them I wanted it filled today as I have a family to keep warm. She told me she would leave a note and see if the driver could, "get by there." My house is 1.7 miles from their office. If coming from the Aurora area the truck has to pass my house to get to the office at the end of the day. The office lady kept telling me that 15% will last a while, but im not so sure I trust that these secretaries know what they are talking about. It may very well be enough for a couple days but bad weather and cold is forecasted and S#!T happens and it being this low makes me nervous I am a costumer with money wanting to buy your product that you could literally walk to in 30 minutes there is a 4 y/o girl that lives here, FILL THE FREAKING TANK. Well no one showed so once I get the fill I need for now I will cancel my account with them and find it somewhere else. I will pay more out of priciple to keep my money away from this lazy unreliable company. If you are shopping, go with the next option."
