"Clean rooms, good service. Full kitchen in the room. The bed was so soft we woke up with sore backs. The "complementary breakfast" is granola bars (but you have your own kitchen!)"
"Best place we've stayed in a long time. Based on the price, I wasn't expecting top quality, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was large, clean, and comfortable Staff was pleasant and helpful. We were able to get basic kitchen cookware and utensils from the front desk to use in the full kitchen since we forgot to bring some with us. My husband was in crutches so I requested a room on the first floor or near the elevator when I booked online and we got a room right next to the elevator. We will definitely stay here again!"
"First things first, there are bedbugs here. The hotel was in some ways fine, but hygiene is a real concern here.. When I got to the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell of sulfur and body odor. The TV remote was also wrapped partially in saran wrap which was very weird. The furniture was kind of busted up looking but I was there for a funeral not for the vibe so it’s whatever. The coffee was decent enough. But most importantly, I got back home and saw I had gotten bed bug bites so none of it is worth it."
"This place charged $100 per night, and had a hotel channel on the TV that kept looping back every time you changed channels. There was no TV guide. They said they were having trouble with all their TV's which is why they were replacing them and sent us to another room, which had the same problem. We had a room for our daughter too that had the same problem. We were only there for an hour, and they would not refund any part of our $200. If you watch TV or expect fairness, this is not a place to be."
"The manager Dave, is very instigating, combative, and accusatory. Of course we had declared my service dog the first night we stayed. This was merely an extention for a third night. He escalated a situation and doesn't understand two things...a service dog doesn't require registration (but it sometimes shows the effort put into his training) and that the ADA isn't a registration office. It is the federal law that also protects service dogs and their handlers. If he knew the hazard I had to put my own health under to verify he had the alerts and action required consistently, I wonder if it would even make a difference in his demeanor. Also to note, when someone is yelling at me, slamming his hand against his chest declaring "I'm the man!" when I asked who the manager is and my heart rate is THAT elevated, my dog placed his tip toes on the edge of the lower counter to view the source of my stress behind the tall counter (Dave is short) then very quickly back down and wanted me out and down the hall away from Dave. I gave him the benefit of doubt, maybe having a bad day, so I stopped by later on to ease things. The entire time he had the same attitude and aggressiveness. Yet this time my dog sat beside me the whole time, as I at least knew what could be expected. My original review was a nearly perfect rating, however one bad apple spoils the bunch."
