"You guys giving this guy great reviews must live pretty close by and knows you’ll be at his door step if he did a lousy job. I bought two of his puppies from them Who I love dearly do I decided I would purchase three gaming units for my grandchildren. When they opened them up on Christmas morning none of them would turn on. I contacted him and requested him to do a three way call to my son and daughter to get this resolved. Well he told me he needed to sleep. I had paid him over $3000.09 One of them was missing the remote. Said he would send it but didn’t. His way of fixing it was to block me. We took them to a professional and there was lint inside and old parts. Not even enough ram or whatever it’s called to turn them On. I had to pay another $1200 to fix them. This guy is a damn criminal."

"There is not a single thing that I would change about my experience. It was affordable, very fast, flexible, and very honest. He will be honest and upfront with you, and will take care of business in a more than reasonable time frame. Absolute professionalism and then some, through and through. I brought my gaming PC out to him on Friday night, and he diagnosed the potential problems immediately. We went to correct the cheapest problem first, and I attempted to replace the motherboard myself that Sunday. Turns out it was the cpu, which was the second possible issue he evaluated. I reached out Sunday night right after I discovered it wasn't the motherboard, and by Monday night he had helped me to take care of business, find a solution, and get me my hobby back. If you are in this area, I cannot recommend his services enough. I know that if I EVER have an issue I will not hesitate to come back, even for a moment. As long as he is in business and I am still living in the area, he is my absolute go to. There is not a single reason not to use his services. Simply the best in the area. 5/5. "It had its pros and cons. Pros were that the build looks good on the outside, performs well and overall looks nice. The cons are he said he was going to be $200 then after it was built he charged me $300. Not sure why because he said he had to update my bios and I asked if it would charge extra but he said no, after two weeks of having my pc I checked the cable management and it was bad. Overall it was ok but not $300 dollars worth."

"I went to Dixie’s for an affordable PC that could handle any workload or game I threw at it. I told them my needs and budget and a little about my taste. After about a week and two phone calls I had a beast of a machine with more bells and whistles than I could have asked for. A machine that is truly mine and a new friend = priceless."
