"Ed repaired my refrigerator by replacing a bad thermistor. What I thought was a bad freezer gasket was a small air leak near a weld which he fixed. Great service and sence of urgency to help fix my problem. Now I know who to call in case of future apliance problems. Thanks Ed."
"First time we called it was to look at our refrigerator. I knew the ice fan was out but he needed to run test to be sure. Called him the morning of our appointment to confirm and he didn't have me on his schedule nor know who I was. Ended up "squeezing us in" that day. Rolled my fridge out without putting down anything to protect the floor and left indentions on my walnut floor. Ended up never getting the part or coming back/calling with any updates. Fridge still doesn't make ice. Second time we called it was for our dishwasher. I had the code and we set up an appointment to diagnose and see what would be needed to fix it. Called morning of to confirm our appointment, he didn't answer so I left a message. Our appointment time came and went and I tried to call again. To this day I have not heard from him since. While I think he is knowledgeable and capable of repairs, his customer service, follow up and overall business practices are atrocious. I cannot recommend him based on my 2 experiences with his company."
"My frig went out a few days before Christmas 2017. Ed was recommended by a friend so I gave him a call. Ed came out a couple of days later and said my frig needed a new compressor. The cost? 897!! He said although it was a Whirlpool, it was all Korean parts and the compressor would have to come from Korea. Since we paid over $4,000 for the frig just a few years ago, we wanted it fixed and asked him to order the compressor. He told us it wouldn’t be in until the first of January. Fastforward to today, January 18, I and my husband have called Ed several times for an update but no response! After waiting almost a month, we are back at square one!"
