"Don’t waste your time trying to go here and get something done. They are only open for 2 hours or is supposed to be. I live less than a mile from there and everytime I go there doors unlocked but the service counter always has the metal door closed so you can’t get any help. You can hear the worker back there and vehicle is there. They might as well close it down. I’ve stopped there probably 10 times over the past 7 years and was only able to get help once. This isn’t just a problem thats happened once I tried last Friday to drop a package off before work and the same issue so I wanted to see how often this happens. I tried Monday same thing and then one more time today (Tuesday) and same thing. Not to mention it’s Holiday time. Seems more like a personal problem instead of a company issue. I would understand if they didn’t have anybody to work but someone is always there and getting paid to NOT do their job. All the other USPS facilities are great. But instead of going to the one less than a mile from my house I have to drive 15-20 min to the next closest one"
