"Customer service was NOT rude. They were fine. It is a FOOD shipping company, so don't be lazy and then blame them when you have to go clean trailer. That is common sense. Also, no refeers! They turned my trailer away because their product would not fit. If you are coming from I-24, don't cut through on 293 or 139, the streets are very tight. Come from I-69, 71 or 91 straight in across from Walmart. It is better that way. They are a good company."

"Don’t even bother trying to get a job here. They give you the run around. Have had multiple applications put in. They refuse to hire. I’ve heard it from several people. If I could give them lower than a 1. I definitely would. Absolutely ridiculous. Acted like I was an inconvenience. HR staff is very snobby. Will be calling the main branch office."

"They let you check in early, have overnight parking, a restroom for drivers, and will load ahead of schedule if possible. Very nice people, too. Loading on a slow side, but probably because they didn't have everything ready 12 hours ahead of time."

"Great! I had pick up at 730 am. Came night before around 9pm. Check in with a very kind lady. She checked me in and let me know there is a chance to get a door before the appointment but not promising. Spoter knock on my door at 6 am. He told me what door should i go to. And he said they should start loading me by 630. And that is exactly what happened... I have been out there by 745am. I guess they are required to clean the trailer. I went to Walmart across a street and bought mop. That right! I mopped the floor before i backed up. I did have some stinky alcohol on the wood floor. So i clean it. Don't be lazy... Yea, overnight parking is available. Just don't block some trailers."

"Such a great place. Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, checked in & dock assigned. After I docked , within 4 minutes lights turned green. And I was out for delivery to PA within 45 minutes ( that’s in/out) Directions: if you are headed Eastbound on the US highway that runs right infront of this facility, turn right on the first traffic light which is about seven miles from the freeway and they are right across the street from the WALMART"
