"Normally, I would give 5 stars but I'm disappointed right now. I arrived at their store at 9:45 pm since they advertise that they are open until 10pm. I was only going to grab one item and would have been in and out in five minutes, but some man was standing in the doorway blocking it and told me that they were already closed. There were still shoppers in the store. If they are not going to stay open until their designated time, then they should advertise the correct time. I used to work in retail and we would just inform the customer how much time they had before we closed. We didn't block the doorway fifteen minutes early."
