"$80 bucks for 10 minutes of their time, to tell us theirs nothing they can do without a 3 grand flush first. Tech was proud to tell us they're very expensive. Great, thanks. We love wasting money. 3 grand for a $4-500 job, at best. They came without any tools, not even a wrench to check cleanouts. Said they'd have to go back and get their flushcart, why not come prepared and not waste our money? Any company that proudly tells you they're expensive and you can call around and get it done for cheaper, clearly doesn't need our business nor do they value their customers, or they'd try to make it affordable or at least market comparable. That type of blatant disregard is sadly how many companies are treating people now. Thanks for the advice, I will call around and get a simple process done by another company that isn't quite so greedy."
