"I came in at 7:30 as a walk-in, trying to get some fasting labs done. The place is empty, nobody is there, and they refuse to see walk ins even though they say they see walk ins."

"A BIG NO! I live 10 minutes away and I was excited to start coming to this location, because I used to go to Quest on Zaragoza and Horizon. They opened a few months ago, I went there for the first time shortly after they opened so I ignored the fact that rather didn't know what they were doing. I went back this morning, my appointment was at 7:40am, I showed up and checked in at 7:25am. I wasn't called in until 8:10am. This is ridiculous, considering the fact that I was fasting and it was crucial for me to get it done early so the cortisol levels could be measured properly. No "sorry for the wait" either. I've seen at least 4 different phlebotomists on site, so not sure what was taking this long. Additionally, the staff is unpleasant, no basic manners or how to talk to the patient. The male phlebotomist made it really painful by pushing the needle further in every time he had to switch the tube. As a medical professional myself, I am flabbergasted by the whole experience."

"Good: I've come twice so far to get blood work before 6:30am and I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes. The phlebotomist was awesome both times (professional, efficient, friendly). Inconvenient: one star off because their check in equipment isn't working quite right and they don't have a sign for the unit."
