Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock Southwest - Wolfforth, an IHG Hotel

"The hotel was okay, we we couldn’t sleep because the air conditioner wasn’t working and woke up to it being 82 degrees in our room, and it’s been almost impossible to get ahold of the manager. We tried when we checked out but front desk said he wasn’t there and gave us his number and we have called multiple times promised a call back and nothing. I don’t think I would be so upset if the manager would atleast give us a call back. We will not be going back."

"This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had. I booked their king suite for one night and was so disappointed from the beginning. The room was so plain and stale, the heater was rattling, it had lights that burnt out, the bathroom was not clean and had a broken toilet paper dispenser. We asked to be moved to a different room and they downgraded us to a standard king. When we went to check out the new room it had not been turned over yet, the bed wasn’t made and there were towels on the floor. We asked for a refund and stayed at a different hotel."

"Place needs an update. Everything is worn out especially the gym. No weights. 1 treadmill that skips. It's clean but that's it. Food is garbage. Had to call the front desk and wait for 15 min just to get in the gym at 6am."

"Nice clean hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast buffet was good each morning. The pool and hot tub looked great, but we didn't have a chance to use them. It was quiet at night with no traffic noise. Everyone working there was in a good mood and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms are spacious and clean, there's a laundry mat on the same floor, it's quiet in the building, great neighborhood, very convenient location, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is amazing too. I have zero complaints about this place! Definitely my favorite!"
