Southwest X-Ray

"I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. You can't speak to anyone locally, only their call center. The call center gives conflicting information, they say they'll forward instructions then they don't. They don't call back, they screw up appointments then give wrong prep instructions. When you go in for your appointment the tech lies and says the drs office didnt give the right orders, which i had a copy of (and they were correct) and he said "so we can do this exam and you can come back for the other test later". Why would i take two days off from work because, come to find out, you don't have a nurse to start the needed IV, the orders were correct. Used to be the best place to go for diagnostic testing, they are the WORST, save yourself the time and frustration and go to Desert Imaging or a hospital."

"I loved my experience with southwest imaging. Staff was kind and pleasant. The young lady that did my mammogram was lovely. Thank you so much."

"Upon entrance I was greeted and taken care of. Since I had read the reviews I was prepared for whatever. I was pleasantly surprised by this the wait for my X-ray s was about 30 minutes an was again surprised by the attention given to me by Carla or Karla. God bless her for the help she gave me ."

"Definitely there is lack of competent and lack of training with the staff of the one at Joe Battle. I received a letter from Southwest that my mammogram was due I went to their office and the lady told me I needed to book an appointment, booked me an appointment for the following week. And when I got there the following week, they told me my mammogram wasn’t due yet until the following month and I was like, why didn’t you tell me this last week when I came, you guys would’ve just booked me for the following month instead of having me to come there and wasting my gas. They couldn’t even apologize for that or say OK we are sorry Let’s book you for another appointment. I just walked away."

"I called several times and waited over an hour each call to try and schedule an appointment. I also filled out their online form and never received a call. However, I went in person to the Yarbrough Plaza location and was given an appointment the very next day. The staff was kind and appointment wait-time was minimal. Not sure what their phone situation is but I recommend everyone to just go in person to get an appointment."
