"Only reason I’d give this clinic any stars is cause Ivonne is an amazing provider, along with her medical assistant juslyn they take care of the patients, and are just amazing at what they do, my mother has gotten the best care from them both. Unfortunate my mother will no longer be seeing them."

"Extremely and criminally horrific customer service. Impossible to contact for medical emergencies. Doctors abandon their patients without any prior notice while in their "transition phase". Current insurance plan is no longer accepted by them, the patients are left in limbo without medical care or a physician to tend to their health needs. Stay away at all costs for the sake of your personal and financial health."

"The medical care is usually good, but the staff makes it very difficult to make an appointment. I was on hold for over 35 minutes this morning and was finally transferred to the medication refill voicemail. I hung up and recalled. The call was answered and I could hear people talking in the background but then they just hung up. I called again and this time it told me the voicemail box was full. Called again and was on hold for another 10 minutes before I was disconnected yet again. Gave up. Finally went online and couldn't get an appointment for today. Even though my mom has been a patient for years, I had to fill out all this information as if she was a new patient. A real pain."

The amazing staff always answer your questions and will make sure they return your call with answers to your questions. Gloria makes sure that she provides great customer service!!
