"Never answer phones , been trying from online, fax and 4 phone calls in A week and no answers to any resources,and front desk is always busy talking about everything except patients and will make them wait until their done. Absolutely awful service from front desk. So far Techs have always been very attentive."
"If I had the option to rate negative stars I would. This place is horrible in customer service. No one ever answers the phone for scheduling or medical records. My father had x-rays done a month ago and the doctor hasn't received them I tried calling and no answer so I stopped by I I suddenly was shocked it was a hair salon! Yes I approached the window and the young lady was getting her hair done by another tech she opened the window and asked can I help you ( tech is still doing her hair ) I explained my situation she said ill email medical records. Anything else ? I advised they have emailed them twice and still no answer and no one answers the phones. She said well I already emailed them and shut the window. Horrible customer service thats probably why they don't answer phones they are getting their hair done. And word of advice make sure your insurance does cover the procedures because they will do them anyway and send you a huge bill in the mail shady shady business"
