"Had to do a STAT ultrasound today and southwest xray took me in within an hour from start to finish. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and the technician Kelly kept me at ease and guided me with clear instruction the whole way. Definitely recommend this place for all diagnostic needs!"

"Going straight to the point: This place sucks! Arrived in person and the staff told me to schedule an appointment for my X-ray that had been set up prior to my visit. Got the X-ray, then after 3 months, I saw my physician for the results. But they never got it. I keep calling Southwest X-ray to find out what happened to the x-ray records only to never get a hold of anyone. After some time a voice message says, "We are experiencing a technical problem. Please try your call later." Now I'm going to have to schedule another appointment for the same X-ray at a different location!"

"Unreliable office. They called me saying they were waiting on my insurance to approve an appointment and they needed to push out my appointment until insurance called them back. This is odd because they had 5 business days to contact my insurance and confirm my coverage and my insurance is always easy to contact when I need them. So I called insurance to see what the hold up was and they had no pending requests. Frustrated, I wait on the line with Southwest X-Rays for 30 minutes and just as they tried to reschedule me I ask them to double check if they ever sent the request. Like magic I was approved in under 10 minutes. If they are trying to reschedule you, it’s worth getting on the line with them to push your appointment through."
