"What a pleasant experience I had here. I was nervous to get a pelvic ultrasound, but it was really unnecessary because the staff was so great. I was provided with so much useful information and was treated with respect."

"I believe I’ve been here once before but I was so pregnant I don’t really remember my experience then. However, this time, my doctor wanted me to go back for some imaging and they were just awful! From the moment they answered the phone they already seemed like they were annoyed they needed to take my call. I asked if there was any way I could be seen today or even this week, knowing well it was a long shot, but figured I’d ask. Before the receptionist could answer she seemed so flustered, put me on hold without answering my question, came back on the phone and finally asked what insurance I have. I have 2 really great insurances. As soon as I told her my insurances, all of a sudden she told me they would need prior authorization and couldn’t see me right away. I thought that was odd because I’ve never had to jump through hoops like that with my insurances. I said that was fine, I’d make the calls and have my doctor make calls, and asked again, when then can I be seen? Again she hesitated and couldn’t give me an answer. She sounded so distraught and started telling me again that they needed prior authorization. That’s when I asked if I couldn’t even make an appointment without this prior authorization? She stumbled on her words, sounded so uncomfortable, couldn’t give me a straight answer. So then I asked if we can schedule an appointment while we work on the prior authorization, I told her I wasn’t sure what the problem was, I’m trying to help come to some solution… I must have offended her because she then passed me off to her “boss”. This boss man comes on the line, I told him I was just trying to make an appointment, then he proceeds to berate me on why they need prior authorization and I can’t be seen today, as if I was demanding an appointment for today. I told him that was fine, I don’t need to be seen today, I thought I’d ask in case that was an option, but since it’s not, when can I be scheduled in? He continued to lecture me about their full schedule and how they may have some availability for the following week and continue pushing needing the pre-authorization. Again, I said that was fine, I can wait for the pre-authorization but asked if I could be scheduled now. The call lasted 20 minutes! Most of it was them insisting a pre-authorization as if I was fighting it. They treated me as if I was demanding to be seen that very moment. They were both very unprofessional and had no customer service skills. At one point the boss man went on and on about how their schedule is so messed up because people will make appointments but then not show up which messes up their schedules… I don’t need to know all that. Why are you venting with a stranger you’re keeping from making an appointment?! I finally reined in the conversation and got an appointment scheduled for the following week but was warned they may not be able to see me if they don’t have this pre-authorization done by then. I was so annoyed with this call and their attempts to keep me from even scheduling with them. One of my insurances is through the military and I really can’t help but feel military members and their families are just not welcomed there. I got off the phone and called another imaging place. I got an appointment for the same day! That call lasted less than 10 minutes even though they got both my insurance information, gave me directions to their location, and gave me detailed instructions on what to do prior to my appointment. The guy at this other place was so friendly and welcoming and even made small talk with me! I will be canceling my appointment with Hagan. I’d hate for them to have to offer services to someone they clearly were trying to avoid. So just fair warning, if you do have military insurance, tread lightly, they might not take our kind."

"Daniel treated us so great and made us feel as if we had all the time in the world with him. As he performed my wife’s ultrasound he educated us along the way. Both my wife and I are medical professionals and we learned a lot! He was so kind and really knows his trade and loves it, it’s not hard to tell. "I have to explain what happened with one of the “one-star” reviews. I am an OB/Gyn and the software on my ultrasound machine glitched and needed repair. Obviously with OB ultrasounds, time is of the essence. I had to cancel a week’s worth of ultrasounds, and Hagan Imaging did their absolute best to absorb my patients into their already busy schedule. I cannot thank them enough for doing their best to accommodate us in what obviously was not the ideal situation. The quality of their OB and pelvic ultrasounds is superb and I highly recommend them."

From the ease of getting a quick appointment to the test itself, everything was smooth and easy.
