"Joe did a great job installing 2 new openers June 2020 and rebalancing my garage door tracks. At least I thought so. However, when I had a door come off it’s tracks April 2021 (first time in 20 years), I called Joe to get his assistance. Phone messages are not setup for the company number. Hmm. Not a good sign. I texted requesting a reply, even if he was still in business. iMessage shows my messages as received AND read, but no response. Ghosted. Does this company still exist? If it does, don’t expect any service after installation. Stay away."
