"We purchased a new pool liner from Pool Time in May 2019. Liner was payed for upfront and an install date was scheduled for the end of May. It is now July and Pool Time has never shown up to complete the job nor given us the liner. Numerous appointments have been scheduled and they have been a no call/no show everytime. We go to the store several times a week asking about the status as well as calling almost daily. We are given nothing but excuses as to why they have not shown up. They cashed our check and took the money but have not provided us with the liner nor rendered a service."
