"Was told oil change would take about 45 minutes. Shopped and had a bunch of groceries went back to get car an hour later and was told they were just getting ready to drain. The attendant was standing beside my car on the phone . My 45 minute oil change took around an hour and a half. Didnt reset oil light either. So yesterday i went for an oil change. Lady was very nice got right in and very quick and professional. Guess u gotta give some places a chance"

"I had tried to get my oil changed on 2 previous occasions and they were extremely busy. The nice man at the counter suggested I come when they open at 7 on Saturday or Sunday. So I was there at 7:05 on a Sunday and out by 7:30. The technician was very friendly."

"The very first time I went about 2 months for an oil change they tell me “ we only take appointments “ .. I ALWAYS do my oil changes at Walmart & they’ve never done appointments.. usually it’s first come . The second time I got my oil change the lady was super rude and said it’d be up to a 4hour wait that I could come back. Of course I didn’t because I drove an hour to this Walmart. It took about 2 in a half hours. Automobile is just ridiculous!!"
