"This is the worst service I have received from a post office ever. When we first returned to Meade county, the mail carrier would not deliver packages or mail requiring signature to out door because they said they could not do a turnabout in our driveway. Three years later, they still don’t deliver these items to our door. They always put the orange slip in the box saying attempted delivery. I have actually been at the mailbox when the mail carrier has arrived. They were supposed to be attempting redelivery of a package from the day before that day, however, the mail carrier didn’t have the package with her. When I saw her I asked if she could go ahead and give me the package, she told me she did not have it with her and that if I wanted to I could sign the slip that was dropped off the day before, she would assure me that it would be delivered the next day. When I asked her why, she did not have it with her that day, since the slip I received said it would delivery would be attempted the next day, she just looked at me with a blank stare. I signed the slip and gave it to her. The next day the large box was delivered and was sat on the ground next to our mailbox. I just don’t understand why these people, which we pay tax dollars for to provide this service, can’t even attempt to deliver a package to the door instead of just leaving an orange slip. There is somebody in our home 24/7. There is plenty of room to make a turnout at the top of our driveway. There is absolutely no reason. They cannot at least attempt to bring the package and or letter to the door for signature."

"This is the absolute WORST post office I have ever seen in my life. Poorly managed, they can never find your packages even though they say they’ve been delivered, they ask for your address then go try to find your mail/packages and come back asking to write down that same address because they have it wrong, NEVER answer the phone they just let it ring!! I had to fill out my change of address form 4 TIMES to have it be done correctly because they kept sending the form I needed to my old address! Which I told them numerous times I DIDNT HAVE ACCESS TO! It took me about 2 almost 3 months just to receive mail to the correct address. If you ship anything or stuff is shipped to you DO NOT USE this post office! They will scan your package and mark it as delivered at their facility then claim it’s not there! Absolutely insane!"

"Just spent all day calling them, trying to figure out information on a package. They don't answer their phone here, so they're not very helpful with missing mail at all."

"I've complained numerous times both on phone and in person about other people's mail being delivered to me, yet this still continues so I quit complaing as it does no good. Also made numerous complaints as mail carrier doesn't come to pick up my mail every day."
