"I found hair in my chicken nuggets, when I called the store the person who answered the phone not only was she rude, but also refused to give her name and hung up on me. When I called again the same thing no one helped but were rather unprofessional."

"Not a fan of the new store. It's become impersonal. Like they've built it to deal with COVID. Order from a kiosk. Your food is deposited in a slot. Any problems? Too bad. The staff is all behind a wall."

"This McDonald’s just opened and the parking lot design is terrible along with their double drive-through. There’s only one way to pull in and out and you’re forced to use the same service drive of all the other businesses behind McDonald’s. You would think when they were shut down they would’ve redesigned the parking lot where you could just pull out directly onto the road. I do not recommend unless you have time to dine in. Your food is cold before you can even pull out of their parking lot, too much traffic goes in and out that same service drive."

"This place has the worst customer service. The drive thru employees are rude, unfriendly and act as if you're an inconvenience to them. The service is incredibly slow, especially since reopening. This is the third strike for me with this McDonald's. Will not return for more of the rude drive thru employees, incorrect or missing items from the order and the longest time ever spent waiting in the drive thru."
